Scholastic Science World: Dungeons & Dragons

Here's the cover I did for the Feb 2026 issue of Science World Magazine, which to my bliss was D&D themed. This meant I not only got to do some more D&D art, but was also basically given free rein to go nuts with it. The description was a daunting list, but getting all that stuff to fit under the title was a fun exercise in design. It's a real Where's Waldo of iconic D&D stuff. Doing art for the school readers always feels like a secret chance to cheer up some kid whose having a rough day, so my main focus was to just design a hero who looked strong while taking care of business.

Now to collapse because I just finished all-nighter number 3 for a very fast turnaround project. My blood is a synthesis of iced coffee, diet coke, and dreams.
